To run Community Health programme for the poor.

To build up a strong health movement for a cost-effective, rehabilitative health care system.

To support the effective use of technology and advanced data analytics across the country for agriculture, environment and socio-economic development of the people.
To implement programs to strength the communication and extension Services (especially in the National Agriculture System and National Biodiversity)
To strengthen and support long-term value of digital initiatives for agripreneurial, agrifood systems, environmentalists, organization working for the weaker and the poor etc.
